A new term has started and we have just launched our new website, www.localyogaclasses.co.uk. Every week we are asked about local yoga classes in our area, so we decided to support our teachers and launch our own website so yoga teachers could list their Yoga Classes for free. You can search by County, Town or just by Type of Yoga. National Eczema Week - 17th - 22nd September 2007

In the United Kingdom, up to one fifth of all children of school age have eczema, along with about one in twelve of the adult population. The severity of the disease can vary.

There is currently no cure for eczema though research continues to shed new light on the condition. However, there are many ways to minimise the discomfort and distress which eczema can bring, the foundation of which is an effective skin care routine. A stimulating, fun and joyful weekend of yoga, and dance with fully qualified Ruth White trained teachers. Yoga to bring balance to the body and quietness to the mind. The Wellness weekend Workshop and Yoga Dance is suitable for all and is at the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh in beautiful surroundings of the Glendalough Valley. Accommodation is not included in the price, but it can be arranged for anyone coming from outside the area or from the UK. We are about an hour to 90 minutes from Dublin airport, south of the city.
