It is most definitely autumn in Newbury. We've had a frost and leaves falling everywhere and the number of pheasants and deer we see on the way in is lovely. Don't forget the clocks go back this Saturday.

The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. For the past few years, both Maria, our mum and I are taking part in the Breakthrough Generations survey. If you aren't already taking part, please sign up and help in the study into the causes of Breast Cancer.

24th & 25th November 2007 - YOGA DANCE with Sarra Whicheloe

A stimulating, fun and joyful weekend of yoga, and dance with fully qualified Ruth White trained teachers. Yoga to bring balance to the body and quietness to the mind. The Wellness weekend Workshop and Yoga Dance is suitable for all and is at the Brockagh Resource Centre, Laragh in beautiful surroundings of the Glendalough Valley.
