It hasn't been long since my last newsletter but wanted to give you as much information about the proposed postal strike (see right).

The Ampio (80cm wide) Yoga mats are proving again to be a big hit, we are so pleased to be able to offer them. Don't forget we can cut any of our Ampio, Classic or Travel mats to any length to suit you.

Tai Chi / Yoga Workshops

Tai Chi and Yoga Workshops in Norfolk

Norfolk based Tai Chi and Yoga instructors are offering special themed day workshops in the Norfolk area. The workshops are aimed at all levels of ability and age to provide an holistic day of static postures and flowing sequences to still the mind while energising the body.

They call the workshops "Energy in Motion Days" and have as their theme for the next two workshops "You are as Young as Your Spine".

  • Saturday 17th October - 10.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
  • Saturday 21st November - 10.30 a.m. - 3.30 p.m.
The venue is at South Walsham Village Hall, School Road, South Walsham, Nr Norwich. The entrance fee is £25.00 including tuition and refreshments.

POSTAL STRIKE

We are waiting to hear if the proposed national strike will happen. If it does then we will do our utmost to get your yoga equipment to you asap. Here are a few ways in which we can help you beat the strike.

1. Place your order early. Any strike will not start until next week, so there is plenty of time to get your goods to you.

2. Choose ParcelForce as your delivery method. ParcelForce deliver in 2 days (Highlands and Islands / Northern Ireland is 3 days). These parcels do need a signature so don't forget we can deliver to your workplace or a relative.

3. If something is really urgent please contact us - 01635 277494 as we can send Next Day but we must know by noon.

4. The same applies for parcels you need sending overseas, we would normally use the Royal Mail for smaller items (under 2kg) but we can switch to other carriers to make sure items reach their destination quickly.
