Welcome to our March newsletter.

With all the rain and hail we've been having, we're looking forward to spring, but like so many people, I suffer from hayfever and this year it seems to have started even earlier. So we thought we would try the Netipots, as I'd heard it could help with the symptoms. We took over the kitchen during our yoga class and each had a turn. It was a very strange sensation, pouring slightly salty solution up each nostril, but once we had mastered the knack of expelling the solution it did leave our noses feeling much clearer. I am now going to start using my Netipot more regularly and hopefully I won't need to take as many anti-histamines this year.

The Ruth White Yoga Centre has now relocated to Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire from Cheam in Surrey. You will need to contact the NEW office on 01993 831032 for future Yoga Classes, Residentials and Teacher Training.
