It's beginning to feel a lot like...
...it's January all over again with the snow settling outside and the temperature below zero. The bird feeders are being topped up daily and the garden has been invaded by all manner of birds, some regulars and some very welcome visitors.
The snow does cause us a problem with delivery times. We have been assured by Parcelforce and the Royal Mail that they are doing their upmost to get your parcels to you as soon as is safe to do so. Please bear with them and perhaps allow a couple of extra days for delivery.
We have been updating our Gifts webpage with some of our new products so these may help when trying to find that ideal present. Not surprisingly our bestselling item at the moment is the Relaxation Blanket, I'm the first to admit that mine has made its way out of my yoga bag and onto my sofa - just the right size for snuggling under.
Another little issue we are trying to solve is our phoneline. Sometimes when we answer your calls the line simply goes dead and at the moment no-one seems to be able to offer us a solution which is highly frustrating. If this does happen when you call please leave a message with your name, number and request and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies if this has happened to you.
And finally our last posting dates for Christmas are as follows: - Royal Mail £2.95 - Friday 17th December (we will post after this date but Royal Mail cannot guarantee it will arrive before Christmas).
