WelcomeIt is definitely Spring here at RWYP as there will be a new arrival to the family. Maria is having a baby in the summer, so she will be cutting back on her duties over the next few months and I will be moving over into a more permanent position with all things Yoga. Maria has found it certainly helps going to a local Pregnancy Yoga Class run by Lucy Makin in Woolton Hill, Newbury. If you want to find a local Pregnancy Yoga Class in your area you can either look online at our Local Yoga Classes website or visit the Birthlight Trust for locally trained teachers. In the last month we have also extended the service to include Yoga Classes in the Republic of Ireland.
