Welcome to our April newsletter.

Many of you reading this newsletter will be like me and attend a yoga class that takes place during school term time. So what are you going to do now it is the Easter holidays? I'm planning on practising sun salutations, hopefully outside if the weather behaves and knowing I'll be eating a little more chocolate than usual, I want to work on Boat, Shoulder Stands and Plough.

I will also be taking some long walks in the countryside and just taking in the wonders of spring and of course trying to spot Red Kites now they have moved into my area!

I hope you all have a relaxing and fulfilling Easter Break

Recycling Books & The Woodland Trust

We have started using www.greenmetropolis.com - a huge online bookstore. You can list your books for sale or buy other peoples but the nice thing about Greenmetroplis is that for every book sold they donate 5p to the Woodland Trust. So far this year they have donated over £1370.00. You can also boost the fund by donating any money for books sold directly to the Woodland Trust at www.woodland-trust.org.uk.

17th May - 7th June 2007: Yoga holiday in the sun on the Greek Isle of Lesbos.
Come and join us for 1-3 weeks on this special island. Students will stay in Milelja, a purpose built retreat centre situated near the ancient village of Molyvos.
